A cover to cover adventure which didn't take any intermissions and bounced from crescendo to crescendo to crescendo like an orchestra trying to break loose from the confines of the physical realm, making me at one feel a deep connection with one main character and fall immediately in love with another.

A glitzy and fun space-opera. Part 3 of this book is the strongest section. The build-up took a little too long, in my opinion, but I really enjoyed the final third of the book.

A solid 3.5 — fantastic action, really cool concept, kind of lacking in character depth and a little too murky world building at times. Definitely interested in reading the next book in the series though.
