This comic series is starting to become my all time favorite. And for good reason! The writing and worldbuilding is phenomenal, and all the characters are really well thought out. The mystery that is Maika Halfwolf and Zinn is also incredibly compelling and already has me hyped to get my hands on the next volume.

Not to mention Sana Takeda's art is just down right gorgeous. From the character designs, the details that go into the clothing, to even the use of color, everything is just so pretty and just adds to the reading experience.

Fantastic, 10/10, chef's kiss, glorious.

Great art as in the first volume. The last chapter is very confusing though, does that thing where they blend exposition and action on the same page and it just doesn't work for me, had to re read it

Loved this one! The art is fantastic too.

This is such an incredibly realized world. I want to know more about everything happening everywhere! Maika and the rest of the characters are also great and full of life and stuff.

Maiko takes on the role of the epic hero by venturing into the Underworld to seek out answers. Like all classic heroines, Maiko is being reborn, learning the size and scope of her purpose in life.

A great second chapter with stunning visuals from Sana once again

How do I even write a review for this? We learn a lot of crazy stuff but also find more mysteries and it's really good!
medium-paced

I liked this however I feel like very little of my questions are answered and more just keep piling up. I wish some if my questions would finally be answered and my enjoyment would be much better.
