wouldn’t reread for my sanity i just wanted to know the major plot points because the first book ended on a cliffhanger and i had to know what happened.

Giving this one 1.5 stars… probably should give it 1. By 80% I started wondering if I should of just quit trying to get through this before we started building on the story some more… very character driving so not so much for me. But the ending finally gave us answers making me want to proceed.

Wow better than the first imo
This was very detailed and dark. It described a lot of feelings in detail at times but nothing overdone. I've never read a book quite like this second one, and I loved it.

It’s not a captivating as book 1 but it gives you the details needed to understand what happened and how book 1 came to be . So on to book 3 I go !!!
