Okay.. Did I thoroughly enjoy reading this book? Absolutely! 
… Is it very good? Who knows!
I was entertained throughout although I would prefer they pick up the pace cos dear loooorrrddd they were taking their sweet time to do anything. Bella and Edward actually had believable chemistry and I can visualise a socially awkward teenage girl like Bella pretty well so no complaints for her. Edward needs to stop growling though cos that’s so embarrassing.

Stmívání byl můj obrovský rest. Jako když jsem loni četla poprvé Harryho Pottera. A navíc také letos vyšla kniha z pohledu Edwarda Cullena, tak jsem si říkala, že konečně nadešel ten správný čas.

Četlo se to skoro samo. Rychle to ubíhalo, ale měla jsem občas takový pocit, že už to není nic pro mě. Opravdu to mnohdy bylo až příliš jednoduché? Nevím, zda je zrovna jednoduchost to správné slovo, ale zrovna teď nejvíc vystihuje, co si o Stmívání myslím.

Někdy mi tam přišly scény zbytečně natahované. Někdy tam nemusely být vůbec. Např. popis oslnivé krásy Edwarda Cullena. Pochopila jsem už napoprvé, že je úplně dokonalý. Napodruhé jsem se v tom ještě ujistila. Napotřetí už to bylo trošičku otravné, pak to začlo být už přes čáru a pak už jsem se modlila, aby tohle nepokračovalo i v dalších dílech.

I didn't hate this as much as I thought I would. In fact, I found the story engaging (in that I wanted to know what happened next). Do I care to find out what happens in three (four?) more books? No. Was this a light, mindless read appropriate to a lonely Sunday? Yes.
