Went into this book not knowing much about it except that I had read the first one and found it hilarious, and was curious about how the transition out of medicine went. This book felt much more scattered than the first one, like a collection of random thoughts, but that is how life is I suppose. It delves into the various facets of Kay's struggles with mental health in detail, which I wasn't expecting at all. The honesty cuts much deeper in this book; he lays himself bare before us in a way that cannot have been easy and for that I respect him. Certain readers may need to approach this book with caution.
