This was pretty good. I love Talia Hibbert's writing, and prickly heroine/cinnamon roll hero is one of my favorite tropes. I just didn't have enough time with the couple, I don't think.

Cute Christmas novella. I found the pacing to be off. The plot was enjoyable. I loved Abbie's grandma and all the cats.

Oh Will Reid, you cinnamon roll simp. 💚

Reading Abbie's POV was sometimes unpleasant because of her anxiety and the walls she built around herself. Mostly because it was like being in my own head, which I've had quite enough of thank you. How dare you come for me like that, Talia Hibbert. 😭

I think this would've worked better as a full length novel. Also the blurb led me to believe the main characters would be snowed-in and alone, neither of which happened which was a little disappointing. I could've used more Christmas, too.  But Talia Hibbert is always a fun read, so I can't give this anything below 3 stars.

Cute holiday romance with some very adorable characters. Due to the length of the book, there isn't a lot of character development nor a huge plot. This being said, Hibbert creates a fun read in the short length.

Okay, I loved this book. I listened to it on audiobook, which is always a struggle for me, but I finished this in one shot. Every time I wanted to put it down, I'd reach a moment that I wanted to see all the way through.

Talia Hibbert did such a wonderful job describing the feeling of being in love with someone -
unrequited love, in particular. Thankfully, this is an HEA.
