I enjoyed this book a lot.I loved [b:Persepolis: The Story of a Childhood|9516|Persepolis The Story of a Childhood (Persepolis, #1-2)|Marjane Satrapi|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1425871473s/9516.jpg|3303888] so much, even though sometimes it was a hard to read.
This book, i did hear mixed review about so i was a little nervous about reading the "sequel" of a book i had really enjoyed, however it blew my mind.
Marjane life in Europe, dealing with loneliness, not fitting in and depression, but also returning to Iran after a war and she seeing the result of it, this book was extraordinary.
We see how she grows up, and how she, in the end is still true to herself.
Brilliant book.

"Once again I arrived at my usual conclusion:
One must educate oneself"

Powerful and incredibly human.

Didn't love it quite as much as the first one, but still so awesome.
