I have never read such a short mystery, end was not that interesting though. It was very easy to read. Triggers- physical abuse, toxic relationship
I thought this would be really good and it started off really promising. And then it just...finishes? Like, I thought it was a thriller, I thought there would be a crazy twist which came out of nowhere and there was nothing. It was very disappointing.
You know, don't look the gift horse in the mouth. I'm sure Claire Douglas has better books than this. Maybe I should start from scratch and forget this "text"
This is another free Kindle e-book I read which is a short story revolving around the life of Emily Latimer after her boss has been murdered by somebody unknown. The 40 page read was nice and refreshing. Although the storyline was not out of the box yet one would definitely enjoy it.

In this era of technology and text messages, typos are an everyday affair. It's mind-boggling how even a single of 26 alphabets in English language changes the whole context of speech. Despite the fact that we've been served with the luxury of auto correct, silly mistakes are inevitable and downright comical at times. Was this story one of such, read it to find out.

I thoroughly enjoyed this short story, personally this is a genre I steer away from since I'm not a fan of murder mystery films, or blood and weapons shown. This book didn't have much narrative on that.
Author didn't rush plot, I was kept guessing and didn't expect it to end the way it do.
I will definitely be reading more of this authors work!
