i think me and Stephanie Perkins just don‘t click

First off, I am totally aware I'm reading these books in the wrong order. :D I realized it like half way through this book and then I was in too deep so stop reading it. I haven't read Anna and the French Kiss or Lola and the Boy Next Room but now they are totally on my tbr list. Oh dear, how to describe this book.. I loved it from the very beginning. I could totally relate to the main character Isla and maybe that's why I went through so many emotions while reading it. I'm really happy about the ending, but after I finished I had that weird "I miss reading this book" feeling for another 12 hours. I was sad but at the same time happy, because I still get to read Anna and Lola and I cannot wait.

did not like but still interested in being a rich teenager in Paris

LOVED Josh. He was interesting and had a personality. HATED Isla. She was too dependent on others and was too damn jealous, it drove me nuts. The story still melted my heart.

My favorite in the series

This book could also be titled "When Teens Have Too Much Freedom and Make Impulsive Decisions." There were some questionable elements, but overall I enjoyed the book, especially the French setting. It was nice to read a teen book that did not revolve around tragedy.

It was beautiful.
