These a getting a little racy for my taste for the age range they are intended for.
I actually really like the development of Mia in this, every book she's coming more and more into her own, and she's getting a lot more likable because of it. The message of not letting your boyfriend's desires pressure you into doing something you're not ready for (not just sex, but other things as well) is so important for teen girls to read about. I also really appreciate that Michael was shown to be a bit flawed here, but he realized the way he handled the situation wasn't perfect, his and Mia's conversation towards the end felt really well done and authentic. On a side note, I still dislike Lily, she's not a good friend and she's a bitch, and I'm not much of a fan of Mia's parents either.
