a ideia central é muito interessante e tem muito potencial, mas eu acho que por se tratar de um livro único muitas coisas foram mal desenvolvidas. não me apeguei à nenhum personagem, não me apeguei ao mundo do livro pela falta de detalhes sobre os quadrantes e, apesar de o livro apresentar um bom plot, houveram elementos que foram inseridos de última hora para que o plot fizesse sentido.

I loved the 'four queens to rule them all' premise so much (AND THE COVER ART)... but it actually made no sense in the story :( I didn't really care about anyone sadly, but the writing was enough to get me to finish reading.
I was so nervous to read this book initially it had so much hype around the book world. I was worried since it was a debited novel that it would not live up to the hype. However it really did live up to all the hype and more! The entire book felt like something out of a movie (side note this better get made into a movie in my lifetime!). The world building was simple yet complex. This is what every fantasy book should feel like! I love everything about it book, from the cover to the ending it literally has so much to offer. I actually read this one in under 24 hours it was that good. I have since recommended it to everyone willing to listen. I also picked up a bonus copy in my Owl Crate box!
What a great book! It had me hooked from the very beginning. With several twists and turns. Thinks I definitely did not see come!

It was a slow start, but when it got going, it really got going. OH and that plot twist!
