Tik tok told me that if I read this book I would never be able to guess the ending, and that was definitely true. The plot twist was something I could never have imagined.

Not my favorite, don’t think it lived up to its hype. Hated all of the characters, plot twist was good but not enough to save the book. The last chapter confused me more than anything. 3 stars for the plot twist only

I kept reading, so there's that. The plot is well done. The fact that people actually have the disease of prosopagnosia is so strange to me. Would be such a hard thing to live with, and so mysterious/confounding. The "twist" is pulled off well. The narrative of the "gifts" and how the author incorporates them is unique and aids the overall story and understanding of the characters.

I couldn’t get into this at all. Some parts felt boring and dragged on which made it hard to stay engaged. I also didn’t understand the ending, it made no sense to me and left me feeling more confused than anything.
