overall this book was really good! It was a little slow in the middle but i understand needing to have some suspense for things that are coming soon. the twists are unexpected and very clever. if you like thriller books i highly recommend!

i loved this book! definitely a slow burn that had me scratching my head at several points. i think i audibly gasped at least three times while reading this one. it definitely stretches its limits a bit, but i was able to accept some of the story points and truly enjoy the twists and turns!

Didn't love the pacing, it often felt very repetitive and I find it hard when I'm not rooting for any of the characters
there was a lot of hype around this book but i found most of it pretty boring until the last 20%

the book was quite engaging, primarily because i found myself constantly debating whose side to take, adam's or amelia's. i changed my mind with almost every chapter. however, the story began to feel a bit slow in the middle. toward the end, it picked up some excitement, but unfortunately, it soon returned to a more dull pace.
