Alright now this book is interesting. This book has been on my tbr since October and I FINALLY READ IT. Everyone clap for me because I read something that had been on my tbr for so long. Now this book had A LOT OF load up to the plot twist. There wasn’t a whole lot else besides the last 50-60 pages or so. The last 50-60 pages were amazing and I did love them. However, I felt like the story didn’t make complete sense at the end because too much was happening and too much happened earlier on in the book that the ending couldn’t fully wrap up. It was okay it wasn’t good but not terrible.

I still don’t understand how she could have like really been that involved in everything if she wasn’t there. I’m talking about Amelia with that. Why does Adam get a free pass because he can’t see faces. SO HE DONT KNOW WHAT HIS WIFE LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE. I call bulls***. The ending saying he killed his mom was so interesting and I didn’t really fully know why it was added. A lot of things happened where they didn’t fully make sense and I didn’t appreciate it. I am just very happy Ben the dog is alive that is a win!

It has been a long time since I have been surprised by a book, and this one did it. The twist was absolutely unexpected and yet completely believable. It was a slow start for me mainly because I was disappointed in both main characters. By the time I was halfway through, I couldn’t put it down.
