I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first. It is more like a 3.75 read. I thought it dragged on in parts and had too many details.

I think I found this sequel better than the first. Since I already knew the basics of the world and characters, I could better understand what was happening.
It also kept my interest better than the first.

A good story about family and friends. I love how myths and folklores being imbued in this book. The Odd Trail game also created a sense of adventure and mystery to this young adult story.
