Listen, there's a whole bunch of kinks and fetishes that won't be to everyone's taste. That's a given and I won't deduct any stars for that even though quite a few things crept or weirded me out. What has kept me reading is Mason, there's something so fascinating and addictive to this character, I couldn't say goodbye to him.
However, as much as I have come to love these characters, I have to say that there were quite a few instances of romance overload - and not necessarily in a good way. There were instances I am pretty sure Hallmark would have said "Nah, you should tone it down a bit".
But it was a satisfying and endearing ending - I never thought stumbling across a short, kinky novella would lead me to read an entire series, but there you go. So, well done Harley Laroux and I will keep my eye out for any other things you might write.
