“It is perhaps the rarest thing in the world to love and be loved in equal measure.
It is perhaps
the hardest thing not to be.”

This book of poetry was very well written but I found that I couldn't relate to a lot of it. There is a lot of short pieces which I don't like. I prefer longer pieces. My favourite section was the last one, Oblivion, as I could relate to more of the pieces.

No words could describe how much I loved this. I read it two days ago and I'm rereading it again.

As a long time reader of Chloe Frayne, her announcement of a second book was more than exciting! As predicted, her writings and story telling abilities go above and beyond what can be anticipated. This is a woman who has seen pain and understood love and has found where those two converge, but more importantly, what they can cause to grow. Her heart is written and bled along all 200+ pages of this book and being able to read it feels like an incredibly special gift. She transports you Into Oblivion and once you finish, you'll have a hard time coming back down from the incredibly vivid world she has painted. Well done. An excellent read for sure.
