Somewhere between a 3 and 4 star??? I was so intrigued to figure out what happened and found the story entertaining (IDK IF I CAN EVEN JUSTIFY THAT WORD).
However. I don’t think I can recommend this book because of the graphic content that made me feel sick to my stomach at multiple points. Heavy and dark content, not for the faint of heart. This made me feel icky.

So many people said this book was like the PINNACLE of homegirl’s career and I just- it was good! I enjoyed reading it. It just wasn’t amazing.
There were lots of shocking graphic material. Homegirl be throwing all her punches and there were a few that had me like oh Jesus.
