There were some gems in this book, I marked maybe 3/4 passages because they resonated with me. Some things missed the mark by being cheesy/rushing. I wish I marked those too. I’m happy I learned what “goosing” is through this book haha! 😭

Loving Sullivan’s Crossing series, just as good as Virgin River, if not better. Carr always weaves a great story. We have Sierra who is an alcoholic who has been dry and in AA for a year. She comes to Sullivan’s crossing to be closer to her brother Cal (whose story is in book one-really recommend that one is read first) she’s running from her rapist/stalker. I really enjoyed Conrad (aka Connie’s) and Sierra’s romance but I have to say I adored her relationship with Sully and Molly the golden retriever. Thanks for a great read once again Robyn Carr, such a great world and fantastic characters.

I’m really enjoying the character development, the believable relationships, and seeing a family grow over a long period of time.
