"He's the kind of hot that burns you until you're nothing but ashes."

I had really high hopes for this book, because I loved Wyatt in the books before and he's such an intriguing character. Sadly this book didn't really work for me. His story has so much potential, yet I have the feeling this book scratched only the surface of what it could have been.

The warning at the beginning, that the book was previously published as "Wyatt" and has been edited and rewritten should have been enough to back down my high hopes . Because I felt it everywhere. Almost everything felt rushed and kind of half-baked. I wished for more depth in so many parts of the book. Also I had trouble with the whole time lapse and I got confused in between.

I guess all this lead to the fact that I felt far from really connecting with the characters even though I adored both at the same time. However, IMO both characters didn't get their development to their full potential. They are both equally great and together even better but something is missing.

I'm truly sorry I couldn't love this book as much as I expected I would.

"Love isn't a feeling. It's helping each other through life while dreaming of a future together."

All The Wasted Time is an emotional and sad, yet beautiful story with a broken hero and a strong heroine who helps him finding back his way to life.

Oh damn what a story from Michelle. I knew I was going to be in trouble when I read a snippet of Wyatt's story and boy was I right. This man will still your heart with the way he wears his heart on his sleeves something happened that he hasn't been able to forgive himself for and he covers it up in his joking manner. Then he meet's Scarlett his neighbor she doesn't do commitments but she definitely wants to do a one nighter with him. Can Wyatt convince her to take a chance on him or not? You'll just have to one click it and find out.
This is definitely a must read. All the book's in this series are amazing they can be read as standalones, but why do that when their all so good why stop at one.

This is just my opinion and my review

I did not see this book going the way it did. But Michelle takes you on an emotional ride with this one . I was gripped right from the beginning . Had me on the edge of my seat in the middle and wanting to cry. Excited things turned out at the end. Just an emotional gripping storyline. Wyatt gets into a terrible accident . Every day he suffers from that accident . But not in the way you would think. Scarlett should have been a one night stand. But she becomes so much more. I have read other books from Michelle. This one knocked it out of the park for me. Just so gripping and emotional. Something people deal with every day but may not realize it. Very well written. Highly recommend reading this one. I loved Scarlett and Wyatt.

How a single action can change a life.

This book was intense. From the start there’s already high drama and you immediately feel for Wyatt as he goes through something harrowing. I felt just absolutely heart broken for him and so empathic to how he dealt with it all, not just the event he went through, but the horrible consequences it brought.
It was so well written, the dialogue was realistic, the characters well developed and the writing style very pleasing.

It gave a good representation of the way guilt and grief manifests itself in people. Yet at the same time it gave us the sweetest of relationships as well.

Worth a read!

Scarlett was meant to be his fantasy, a distraction from the guilt he feels when Hank Jenkins calls telling him he could have saved his wife, and working out what he is going to do with his life, but now he finds out she’s working at the precinct and he’s going to see her every day.
Wyatt normally forgets women after he’s been with them, but he can’t with Scarlett, she surprises him again by agreeing to a date, if he lets her help him and he finally thinks he’s met someone who gets him.
Scarlett loves how easy-going Wyatt is, her only concern is she may lose her heart to him, but he’s romantic. Hearing some news, she knows that she’s going to have to be strong to get Wyatt through everything, and she may even lose her heart to him in the process. Wyatt goes through the hardest fight of his life, while Scarlett stays by his side the entire time.

Wyatt and Scarlett are enjoying a weekend at the beach before they have to head back to reality. The run into each other and the mutual attraction is strong so they spend one night together. Both understand that is all it will be and both only want that. Monday morning at Scarlett's new job as the police department's new psychologist she runs into Wyatt again as he is ordered by his captain to attend therapy sessions. Awkward.

This is a story that deals with mental illness and how someone's guilt can be so powerful that it can break you. This one had me bawling but I LOVED it. I thought it was very well done. I loved that the recovery didn't completely happen behind the scenes. I loved how strong Scarlett was for Wyatt. I loved how Wyatt didn't throw a fit and accepted that he needed help. I loved how his whole family and force rallied behind Wyatt as a support system. Just a very well told story. Love love love.

Heartbreaking and Heartwarming
This book was so far from what I was expecting. It was much deeper and more meaningful. Wyatt is such a lovable character but he is surrounded by amazing well written secondary characters. It was refreshing that so many of my favorites made a cameo. This author never ceases to amaze me with her talent at bringing new and touching storylines. Wyatt's story made a personal impact on me and inspired me.
