I appreciated the message of the book (Value introverts!), and enjoyed hearing more about some of the research being done, but overall found the presentation simplistic.

I’m an introvert, but I feel like this wasn’t what I was expecting.

Very insightful! It made me reflect about my own personality and the one of close friends. I learned about patterns that exist in our society that I haven’t noticed e.g. in education or in the design of offices.
