I liked the art and the format of Scoop. The storyline was a bit disjointed at times, but it wasn't a terrible book. Just ok.

Fun opening to what looks like it could be a great series.
At times it was a little confusing as it jumped between different story threads with no warning and you weren't quite sure where you were. Sophie felt much older than 14. I was surprised to see that in the blurb after I finished.
Overall still a quick and engaging read and I'm curious to see what happens next.
