Marko’s mom is intense.

I’m not a cat person, but I love Lying Cat.

Just when you think The Stalk is back, nope. Also, Gwendolyn is MAD, I wonder what happened in their relationship.

Re-read to prepare for Vol. 10
I feel like this one is a pretty neutral volume on the whole, we mostly just get introduced to a lot of characters and Marco and Alana's history as well as setting everything up for the future storylines, and it also had some good foreshadowing, but overall not a huge standout in the entire series.
Still, and excellent comic as always.

Just about the same quality as the previous volume, except I'm now more invested in the characters. Looking forward to Volume Three!
