What a charming, wholesome, heartwarming read.

Margaret Rogerson creates a lush, colorful world full of fairy courts, danger, and mystery. The fact she packed so much into this book, was amazing. The writing style is beautiful, the romance is adorable, and the plot left me happy and satisfied.

I'm not usually a person to read a book in one sitting, but I definitely couldn't put this one down until I was done. One of the best YA books I've read this year.
I cannot wait to gobble up Rogerson's other works!

If I had a nickel for every time I’ve read a book in which a mortal girl who likes to paint is swept away by a handsome fae man who rules over a seasonal court and has the power to shapeshift and then they fall in love, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice. Maybe one of these days I’ll stop reading these kinds of books but today is not that day. 10/10 for the scene where they made out in the forest (don’t ask me about the plot cuz either I don’t remember or it was nonexistent). And 10/10 cuz it was fun. Everyone who gave this book bad reviews should have given up control and critical thinking skills and just had fun for the length of the book - sucks for them.

I enjoyed this alot. Very high fantasy. This gives the reader a look into the world if fairies. If you had the chance to become one, would you? This is one of several choices Isobel has to make when she finds herself in the fairy courts. You will definitely love this fast paced adventure into a wonderland.
