I liked Sandra but Alex really needed therapy. I think including his POV would have made it 10x better
Moderate: Child abuse and Sexual content

To me, this book was drawn out and slightly annoying in the plot. At first when I started this book I was hooked. I really liked Sandra and the mysterious Alex. When they finally started talking, that to me is when it started going downhill. The whole age difference didn't seem like a big deal until Sandra made it a big deal throughout the whole book. The big secret that Alex couldn't share because he couldn't trust anyone, was super drawn out that I wanted to shake him and tell him to tell the freaking secret already.
The romance was drawn out that I lost interest in it 45% of the way in, then when something actually started happening, I have lost invested interest in the characters that I didn't care that they finally got together. The maturity of their romance felt like Alex was still in High School and Sandra was still in collage.
This particular book seems to be the majority of peoples favorites of the Knitting in the City series but this was not for me.

This one wasn't my favorite of the series. Seriously hated how Alex wouldn't share what was up. It was v annoying. I liked more the ending bc it felt more joyful and like the previous books.
