I got this purely for the Bec McMaster novella. I've read a few of the stories over the last few days. Didn't particularly enjoy any of them except McMaster's. Even hers I was pretty disappointed in. When will I learn that these sort of uber short novellas (very short, like super short dude) are not for me???

"DARK SINS OF AVALON" by Zoey Indiana

This story "Claimed by Avalon" is based on the famous ‘legend of Avalon’. Zoey gives it a Spicy, Suspenseful & Paranormal spin as a Reverse-Harem romance! Even better, this is just the beginning, Of a Kickass series

I enjoyed this boxset very much! Each story is based in British and Irish Mythology, some more so than others, but each is unique and a great read.

Unfortunate Decrees and Iced Coffees ~ Laura Greenwood
Sabine and Sawyer have a very interesting story. They are easy characters to connect with. I really enjoyed reading this charming romance.

Storm Witch ~ Skye Mackinnon
This is very well written with so much vivid detail. I loved the writing of this story. This is a very engaging read!

Review for Unfortunate Decrees and Iced Coffees by Laura Greenwood, which is part of the A Cauldron Coffee Shop Story series.

The story begins with a brief summary of the Humber Stone, and I like this addition before beginning the story.

Sabine is a necromancer archeologist and her newest dig is all about a new adventure and challenge, but she didn’t expect it to be in the form of her ex. Sabine’s story is a great read and interesting, as you follow along with her friendship with Willow to her relationship with Sawyer, and the details about her dig adventure.

Willow’s character is one that’s easy to connect to, and I’m looking forward to reading more of her story in Pumpkin Spice And All Things Nice.

Side note: Loved the connection of this world to the Grimalkin Academy. As I started reading I quickly realised that Sabine was a character in This Time Is Trouble, but then more of that storyline came out as I continued to read. The interconnecting worlds is something a Laura Greenwood excels in.
