I’m sorry but where was the enemies to lovers??? Like there were other tropes in there that fucking failed. The characters were fucking insufferable.
I liked the dynamic of the relationship with spike and D in the tattoo shop and then as soon as Zach came it just got worse from there. He basically judged her from her outfit and called her posh and then proceeded to insult her by calling her posh and thought it was doing something like what the fuck Zach?
I usually like male characters but he was so annoying. Like every time he walked out on her after they had sex and the drama omg oh my lord it was so not needed. HE WAS SO DRAMATIC FOR WHAT FOR WHATTT?? You didn’t even remember the girl but got upset she hid that part of her life from you even though YOU STILL DIDN’T REMEMBER WHEN YOU LOOKED AT THE YEARBOOK PICTURES.
And don’t get me fucking started on that girl. I hated the nicknames Tabitha was given like her name is so nice and they call her Biff. BIFF?? And kitten and pussy cat and what not omg please I could cry out of laughter. Why did she let him walk out on her after the sex?? GIRL YOU’RE 27 SPEAK UPP SPEAKKK!! It was all I wanted for her to give him a peace of her mind and instead she made up with him through sex omg.
The sex was boring too. Like nothing new was happening. I skimmed over the rest of those scenes.
I don’t know why I kept reading. Maybe because I genuinely thought it was going to get better but no it was horrible. I fooled myself. Even the things Tabitha said were so fucking cringe and her ‘don’t mess with me’ speech was not giving anything at all I’m sorry I got the ick from her and Zach so bad.

A darker enemies to lovers romance filled with lots of angst. If you want a great escape Hate You will give you the bad boy, angsty, intense emotional ride you need!
Zach wants absolutely nothing to do with the posh life he grew up in. He's made his own mark on the world by owning tattoo shops across Europe and America. While he's away visiting one of these very shops Tabitha, a girl he went to school with, a girl from the very world he tried to leave behind, a girl he doesn't remember, but with one look at her absolutely wants to forget, she is hired at the very shop he primarily works in and lives above. Zach's co-workers may love her, but he plans to make her life a living hell until she quits. Game on.
Tabitha may come from a rich life, but she doesn't like the strings that come attached with it. She takes the job at Rebel Ink after her grandmother dies needing to fill the depressing down time. It is exactly the distraction she needs to help bring her out of her funk, that is until the owner comes back from his trip. Why did Zach have to be one of the biggest jerks she went to school with? Tabitha may have been an unknown back in high school and Zach doesn't recognize her right away, unfortunately her high priced look gives her away. He instantly dislikes her without knowing her, but she refuses to quit. The job is what finally gives her purpose. The job is what finally gives her motivation. Game on.
The line between their hate sizzles so hot it blurs between so many emotions throughout their story prepare for an angst filled ride unlike any other. Hate You is intense and dark, but also completely mutual in their hate/love feelings.
