Brought me back to my childhood. This was the best 80's movie. So memorable.

Gorgeous illustrations and a fun few tales of adventure, with all the characters I loved the most. Fantastic for any Labyrinth fan.

There are 3 short tales in this story:

Sir Didymus’ Grand Day
Wisdom & Idioms
Stone Cold

The artwork is amazing. We get to go back to Jim Henson’s Labyrinth from the movie and catch up with a few of the beloved characters. I do love Sir Didymus. Ludo is in the last story. The stories are short and not a whole lot to them, but I still thought it was great to go back to the labyrinth. I still love that movie. The kids are old enough I want to show it to them.

The nephew thought this was a great book. Sir Didymus was a favorite of his. He didn’t understand the bird on the old wizard’s head. Ludo at the end was funny to him. He doesn’t know what the stories reference and so he didn’t understand what was happening. You need to have seen the movie to really get what’s going on. He still liked the characters and he gave this 4 stars.

A sweet little read that would've been cool to see in an expanded form - Cory Godbey's art is always delightful, although I found myself missing some of the creepyness of the Labyrinth that's present in the movie and Brian Froud's artwork.

FYI - this is merely a reprint of the 'Labyrinth' stories printed for Free Comic Book Day over the years. It is a nice edition for collector's of 'Labyrinth' but really not much in the storytelling front and will probably mean nothing to you if you are not familiar with these characters.

An extra star for the really nice artwork.

Beloved characters.

While a very cute shipping into much beloved characters from the Labyrinth, I just say I'm rather disappointed by the length and lack of actual content. I was expecting a bit more. I'm glad I was able to borrow this for free, because the price tag isn't worth it for me.

This will quite literally take you about 5-10 minutes to read but the stories are incredibly cute and perfect for Labyrinth fans and the art is GORGEOUS and has me feeling very nostalgic!
