If there’s one thing Sara Gran can do is add shock value and make you feel what the character is feeling. Like every review on this book I agree it is a very dark and twisted book however, if you like horror movies. For instance, insidious and the conjuring you would LOVE this book. The book tells the story of a woman named Amanda she’s an architect at a firm her life is not perfect but it is hers. Throughout the book strange things begin happening to her a strange tapping sound is heard weird dreams and fighting with her husband Edward (Ed). All signs of demon possession as she figures out but what will she do? Well you’ll have to read it (it is a very short book you can likely finish it in a day or two)

Come Closer was a quick, creepy, and fun read. It was a fast-paced possession novel, and I was really happy with it after being disappointed by my last two reads. It's not anything gory, but it's definitely an eerie little book. It's probably not going to surprise you - it's not full of twists and turns or anything wild - but it's one that will stick with you. I wish it would have been longer, and I'll definitely read another novel by Gran.
