Although Barker sometimes gets gorier than I'd like, there's no denying his writing ability. The style, technique, and courage of the ideas in these stories make this a must read for anyone interested in the medium of the horrific short story.

Audiobook.

Have read this one before, was curious how it'd stand up in audio. Mostly good, though it's weird to hear American accents reading very English words and phrases.

Good evening reading with a fair bit to chew on, though I didn’t care for “Sex, Death, and Starshine.”
