Genuinely liked this book. I’m just not a huge fan of novellas but the content was phenomenal
Now....I'm not really into the degrading kink, BUT this book was intense. Short, but intense from the very beginning and it only got worse..or better..depending on how you looked at it. The fact I enjoyed this book makes me question myself though.

Que conflictivo ponerle una nota!!! O sea no creo que sea un mal libroo, solo que la protagonista es muy masoquista para mi gusto personal? Por eso no disfruté tanto de la novela pero igual quiero leer los otros libros??!!

Oh my goodness. What a ride this was. This was very interesting. I started off absolutely despising Jessica because she seemed like a stuck up bully. The kind of person that thinks she is better than anyone else. But she kind of grew on me in the end. Manson was mysterious in a way. Like he may have been labeled as a "freak" as he sounded kind of scary but also dreamy. He gave me some gothic Christian Grey vibes. I don't know why but he did. Not entirely but in some ways. Maybe I'm just crazy? He was definitely dangerous but also very sweet. He seemed to genuinely care about Jessica's feelings. This was a shorter read but a great one nonetheless. The only bad thing? That it was a little shorter. I would have liked to have a flash-forward of us getting a glimpse of possibly where the relationship could have gone. Other than that the ending was very satisfying.
A super steamy, dark, bully romance prequel novella for the Losers Duet by Harley Laroux.
It was a very entertaining read that sets the scene and background for the actual series to start off following it. I definitely an intrigued to see more of the story build and unfold because of this prequel!
