Thor is no longer worthy of Mjolnir. When frost giants attack Midgard, someone new takes up the hammer. She happens to be a woman. After saving Midgard, Thor and the Avengers encased in ice by the Frost Giants, Thor gives up his name to her. Odin is...not pleased.
