A great book highlighting the decisions we each face when the world presents us with situations that challenge our values. I really enjoyed the first person narratives illustrating these decisions and the compassionate way the authors identify sellout points. I also particularly like the CHANGE model proposed at the end.

Take two at this review. (Goodreads apparently did not save my first attempt.) I really like how the authors structured this book. They introduced the topic and the key concepts for selling out ethically, then they told 17+ stories (based on interviews or documents) about different kinds of selling out. Then they returned to each key concept - one per chapter - to go more into depth and provide pragmatic ways to apply the key concepts in one's life, to help one negotiate making compromises without losing integrity. A really well-done book on the topic.
