I loved this prequel to Mr. Penumbra’s 24 Hour Bookstore! I read the other book first, and now kinda want to read it again now that I know the backstory to the characters. The audio narrator is superb!

A good little addition to the main story, a tiny glimpse of Ajax’s life.

A nice intro to how Mr.Penumbra came to the bookstore. Wish there was more!

Enjoyed this story, probably more than the original book but that did lay the (obnoxiously Google obsessed) foundation.

a nice addition to mr. penumbra's 24hr bookstore. It's short but has the same feel and some great references to mr. penumbra's.
