i enjoyed this book more than the first, but i found it suffered from the same issues as the first. most notably, the author needs an editor. many of the moments are repetitive and this could've been trimmed down to a stronger story. the whole troy plotline should've been shorter. the end where she proposes is so fucking ludicrous and tacky. it damn near ruined this for me
as always though, the smut is absolutely killer. its more adventurous than most hockey romances which i admire and appreciate. i do enjoy tess and ryan's overall dynamic. ryan is a total puppy dog and we love to see it.

God I love this series and I love these characters and I never want them to end. Any of them. I love how characters make appearances and are exactly the same. I loved these two and the way there was no breakup becasue they wouldn’t allow it. I love it all!
