Gostei? Gostei.

This book is crack. I was immediately in love with the MCs. For me, this book is god-tier. I simply don’t have the words.

I really enjoy Rath's writing.   Beyond the spice,  there's thoughtful and clever writing.   I appreciate so much how she explores not just romantic relationships,  but platonic ones as well.  I loved watching the growth in Tess's friendships with Rachel and her guys,  especially Mars.
I'm not generally a huge fan of age gap romances,  and Rath's spice is a bit beyond my comfort level,  but i still loved this.

This one was tricky for me to rate. I absolutely adore Emily and I love her writing so much. Maybe I just had extremely high expectations because I loved the first novel, and prequel and extended epilogue.

I am a 32 almost 33 year old women who has similar issues to Tess. I could relate to her a lot but she definitely needed therapy and more maturity. Her going to Rachel to get Rachel to talk bad about the situation with Ryan to give her an excuse to run. I understand she had a lot of trauma but it was frustrating to read her acknowledging she had issues but not doing anything to help those issues. Just using them as excuses to keep making the wrong choices.
I do love that she was sex positive and body positive as a plus size woman.

Ryan - oh my sweet golden retriever. I have zero bad things to say about him. I loved him so much. He was extremely mature (even more than Tess who is 10 years older). He fell for her first and fast. His dream girl. He stayed and i loved that. What a perfect man

I love these books so much! I love how this series has characters that are included from book 1. It feels like their stories aren't forgotten or finished. Ugh, Ryan!! What a Heartbreaker. Tess is a badass and I love her energy. Her backstory had me fuming, but worth it. The boys from book one were just as good this second time around. It's a spicy one, too! The audiobook is great, I love the narrators.
