Good. Maybe better than Oryx and Crake, but I hesitate to say it's a full star better. I like the socio-religious emphasis of this book in comparison to O&C, but in both cases I find it a little annoying that Jimmy is so central to everything. So oblivious and so central to almost every character's personal story. Hmm...

I love you Atwood!

Another almost-perfect book, it was great to re-enter the world of Oryx & Crake. To me, no one does post-apocalyptic fiction like Atwood.

Highly, highly recommended.

Kind of a slow, challenging start as you get immersed in the world, but really picks up in the last 30% of the book! Desperate to know who/what the people in the trees are at the end!

This was an outstanding book, and well-read, but the music for the songs detracts significantly. Not only is it not good music, but it's not stylistically in keeping with the God's Gardeners' practices.
