Modern timeline is corny. A book for boomers.

Honey, my little dementia angels are killing it in this game. Both of our sissies reminded me of former residents of mine so honestly this was a heart warmer for me!!!!
Would 10000% recommend for a friendo!!

I had to set this book aside several times for various reasons. This is one of those stories that will remain with me for a long time.

Amazing book. Even though this is GM fiction I really don't think there is anything much which would offend the more open minded reader of Isnpy Fiction. This was a great novel about family, secrets, love and friendship. There isn't a "message" as such as the life story of two women, and the question of whether or not lives would have gone differently had different things happened.

Beautifully told story of a shockingly under discussed time in US history - I was amazed to find out in the afterward that this is actually Historical Fiction. The depression era and the modern stories were perfectly interwoven. The characters jumped off of the page and into your lives. I just loved picking this book up whenever I had a chance to read.

I’m not even sure how many times I’ve cried at this point. Amazing book. Highly triggering for anyone that’s had to watch someone they love… forget.
