A wonderful and beautiful in-depth view into a world of girl gamers. Full of diverse stories, art styles, identities, and writing. I’ve never seen myself represented in geeky media before and it brought me to tears a couple of times.

I read about 1/3 of this. I like a lot of the comics. My favorite was the first one - “A Certain Kind of Story” by Molly Ostertag. So relatable for the experience of summer camp or anything like that and then returning to normal life! I’m not really a gamer, so this anthology wasn’t really my jam, but I did enjoy jumping into the world for a little bit and learning about people’s experiences.

Loved the idea, execution sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Some lovely, lovely stories, and others just ended right when I thought they were getting started.

I loved this! Tons of queer and trans contributors, lots of different takes on gaming, a wide variety of art styles. Highly recommend.

The comics in this anthology were all over the place in terms of quality. Some we're well organized and complete, others were barely finished sketches of little interest.

Interesting to get the perspectives of women gamers/artists, but I don't feel like it's a must-read.

3.5. An enjoyable anthology about games of all kinds, and the women who love them. Great original content from queer and trans authors. My favorite was the comic where Pikachu became a villager in Animal Crossing.
