Loved it! Can't wait until the next one comes out (supposedly this fall).

The Minneapolis Police Department and the Monkeewrench crew are working together again when two murdered cops show up inside snowmen at a park. This is my favorite of the series thus far!

It had been awhile since I read a Monkeewrench novel by the duo P.J. Tracy.

In the city, two snowmen are found with the bodies of policemen inside. Meanwhile, out in the country, another snowman is found. New sheriff Iris Rikker and two career detectives from the city try to find some connection.

For such a unique crime this book was boring for the most part. The language felt dated but surprisingly the technology not so much. None of the characters was likeable. I almost DNFed but the interesting deaths had me see it through to the end. The ending was pretty good.

DNFed because I just couldn't get into it. The writing style wasn't according to my tastes either.

This is such a good series. Really enjoyed this fourth addition.
Murder victims hidden in snowmen, a town of abused women, MonkeeWrench gang and detectives on the search.

Not as good as the first one but still interesting.
