This was a fun and steamy "why choose" romance. Vivian is a librarian at a university library who is looking for more passion in her quiet life. Theo and Grayson play hockey for the university, who share everything, including a woman who will be with them before games to satisfy their superstitions and have them winning a championship. Vivian is intrigued by their offer and agrees to a night of passion. When she meets their roommate Bennett, she has a connection with him as well. They are so good to her and they all have a night of explosive passion. Vivian is afraid they will break her heart so she stops seeing them. Theo, Grayson, and Bennet are surprisingly lost without Vivian, and she can't forget them either. When Vivian discovers that she is pregnant, she needs to tell them all and hope they will talk with her. This was a delightfully fun, heartfelt, and steamy romance. Vivian is smart, sweet, and the glue that fosters emotional intimacy between them. Theo is the bad boy, Grayson is the cinnamon roll, and Bennett is thoughtful. Each of them add something special to their relationship, making them all more confident and stronger. I loved watching the evolution of their relationship, and how they navigated the challenges, complications, and chaos, making a supportive, loving, and sweet and spicy family. This story had a good balance of humor, heart and heat.

Three Pucks and a Baby is your typical surprise baby sports romance with not 1, but 3 possible baby daddies.
This book was decent in the fact that it covers the main tropes and storyline for a surprise pregnancy. Vivian is the college librarian and Theo, Grayson, and Bennet are the three possible baby daddies. A night of passion between these 4 ends up with Viv finding out she is pregnant.
I will say there is a slight bi-awakening that I wish had been explored more in depth between the two characters. It felt a bit brushed over and just added for the 'bi' factor. The overall character interactions felt surface level with no real concrete development of relationships. I felt that if the story had more depth to the characters, interactions, and world I might have rated this higher.
If you're looking for a not really complicated poly sports romance with a happy ending this book is a good quick read with loads of dialogue.

Vivian, a librarian, trying to have new adventures ends up on a ride she never expected. Greyson Theo and Bennett in college for hockey end up having many new adventures too! Between Bennett and Theo finding who they truly are and Greyson finding love in a different way, this book was fantastic! It kept interest throughout the book and banter was super good!

Three Pucks and a Baby is an MFM-turned-MFMM-turned-MMFM reverse harem why choose romance that kicks off with a hockey superstition and quickly becomes something more. It reminded me of Emily Rath’s Pucking Around, though I wasn’t as emotionally invested in the characters here.
Out of the four main characters, Theo had the most noticeable character development. I do wish we got to know each character a bit more individually, but I appreciated that the story doesn’t take itself too seriously. It’s entertaining, sexy, and chaotic in the best way.
If you're looking for good smut with swords crossing and a surprisingly heartfelt storyline, this might be up your alley. I really enjoyed the emotional and physical chemistry between the MCs as none of them expected the lasting impact they’d have on each other (or the feelings that followed). It’s messy, yes, but ultimately grounded in care and connection.

I’ve only read one Katie Ashley novel before (her Smartypants Romance, Green Valley Public Library series contribution), but I absolutely loved it. When I saw this pop up and it was RH and hockey - I just had to grab it! Two of my favourite things!
This isn’t a new concept by any means… heck, a few other huge names in romance have RH hockey series out right now, but you can never have too many. Give me more!!
I just loved and devoured this one! I loved the way the first set of roommates had their player superstition about needing the ménage before a game to play well, and seeking out their college librarian specifically. The reverse age gap was a really great twist from those other series.
I really loved the addition of the third roommate and just exactly how he came to be involved.
The very best part was what happened after their single night - but you all have to read it to find out exactly what it was! This is how this plot varies a lot from all of the others.
It’s a very risqué read and perfectly steamy. Fantastic! RH done exactly how it should be. Highly recommend this one!

Adorable. And so so spicy! Foursomes and rh is definitely prevalent in this book, and the spice is very nice. It was the first book I’d read by this author, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! There was even some Christianity in there. Polyamory and Christianity was so well done that I truly applaud the author, and I loved the way it was handled. Bravo! Overall, an enjoyable book.

I think the book had great potential. It was written in a casual and approachable style, light and funny at times, but unfortunately it was riddled with spelling and formatting errors that were quite distracting. There were some really heavy topics that were just glossed over, which I think was a missed opportunity to add depth to the plot and characters.

I loved this book from start to finish. It kept me hooked and interested the whole time. The characters and their development were great. The relationships between the characters were “chef’s kiss”. I loved the storyline, the pacing, and the spice was spicin’! It had me laughing and feeling all the feels. The ending was so satisfying. I can’t wait to read more by Katie Ashley. 10/10 recommend if you love why choose hockey romances!

Mamma mia meets small town romance in this book! This is a spicy little read for people looking for more than one hot mmc to drool over. I’ll take a 6ft hockey boy any day but give me three of them and I’ll be in heaven! I enjoyed the who’s the daddy trope and the age gap wasn’t too large. Overall a pretty easy read. Thank you so much Katie Ashley for letting me read your ARC! ❤️

There’s nothing like celebrating your thirtieth birthday with a bang like librarian Vivian did when she scored with not one, not two but three hockey players but she didn’t expect to be left with the dilemma of ‘who got their puck past the net’ when she discovers an additional present of the nine month variety is on its way.
Three Pucks and a Baby was a reverse harem, sports romance. Fun and lighthearted despite the mystery and suspense of who the baby daddy was, this book was so easy to read and had me smiling throughout. I adored the heroes, Theo, Grayson and Bennett, all distinct characters, from the badboy to the golden retriever with something in between but they just worked, and the addition of Vivian made them realise that…... once they got past the shock of the impending arrival that was – some of them took that news better than others. The spice was hot, the chemistry sizzling and the banter between them all made this book for me. I’ve read Katie Ashley’s dark mafia books in the past and loved them, but I’d definitely be up for reading more in this vein in future.
