It’s impressive how closely the film follows this first volume. Excited to reread the rest of the series, where the characters feel more natural than in the movie and everything is more, chill

This is such a fun comic and I am IN AWE at how great the casting in the film was (I sometimes thought the film came out before the comics, because it was so eerily accurate)!
Scott Pilgrim himself is an asshole. There is nothing else you can say about him, but the rest of the characters are loveable and so unique and I'm a sucker for this kind of plotline, where someone has to defeat a certain number of enemies to achieve their goal (and I mean, who wouldn't have a huge crush on Ramona Flowers? I certainly would.. ).
