This smashes I fear no Evil series, the book is packed full of things, unfortunately, I didn't particularly care for other peoples povs apart from Shay's. I am still not a fan of Maria and she continues to be present and I feel its just a waste of pages. Trey is meh, he is starting to come off really obnoxious and Lachlan's chance from jerk to helping with bounties was very sudden and unrealistic.
I feel like the multiple POVs are to hide the fact that in book 7, the author doesn't know what to do in it, I know theres almost 20 books so I'm kind of nervous to see if it will improve.
