It makes some interesting points, and it's obviously a highly influential piece of work, but I'll second a comment someone else made- you'd be better off reading something which follows on from this. Over 100 years later, how hard this is to read isn't really counteracted by how good some of its points are. Read a guide to it, or more recent work which use it a starting point. Unless you're really certain you specifically want to read this text for some reason, I can't say I'd recommend it over a guide.
