Maybe the real immortality was the deaths we made along the way ❌️❌️❌️

Beautiful GORGEOUS art. So much life, so much character! And the story is great too but I really fawned over the art, the colors, the perspectives, etc.

The art was absolutely lovely. And I appreciate the sentiment behind the story and the ending. But I guess I wanted a bit more. Maybe that’s the beauty of this novel though, the lack of a grandiose ending. That it does end, after all.

The art was pretty and the plot summary I read made me interested. I also liked the setting and variety of characters.

It felt a little meaningless especially around parts 3 & 4. I just don’t think I really connected with any of the main characters nor was there much of a real plot. It just kind of felt like things happened and then moved onto the next part.
