Maybe the real immortality was the deaths we made along the way ❌️❌️❌️

Beautiful GORGEOUS art. So much life, so much character! And the story is great too but I really fawned over the art, the colors, the perspectives, etc.

"but life is worthy and beautiful even if it is not always pretty"

This is beautiful and I cried at the end. It did not turn out how I thought it would and I'm so glad.

The art was absolutely lovely. And I appreciate the sentiment behind the story and the ending. But I guess I wanted a bit more. Maybe that’s the beauty of this novel though, the lack of a grandiose ending. That it does end, after all.

Immensely beautiful writing and stunning art. At no point could I predict what would happen next, nor what it would mean for the deeper narrative. Entirely immersive and a clever play on the modern/ancient juxtaposition. Ate it up
