My head was a stage wrapped in a curtain of black velvet, and on the stage stood a single actress, named Naomi.

Might be a bit hard to read due to the grooming, objectification and period misogyny but the schadenfreude was well worth it in my opinion.

Even though I had my doubts about it halfway through reading, Naomi, being the girlboss that she is, finessed her way through to the ending the only way a woman with her circumstances could.

It's worth at least a single read but if you're hoping that the protagonist learns that grooming and misogyny are wrong then I'm afraid to say that he doesn't. Not really.
