I LOVED IT!!!!!

It is fun but emotional..The characters are hurt by their past, but they don't have those major drama incidents..The story progresses in a perfect rhythm..

It is simply amazing!Sean is a very proud man but he has the guts to admit it..He is also man enough to grow up,see his mistakes and figure out a way to move forward..Even towards the ending when he was being a sort of a jerk,he was just so real..Even I couldn't stay angry with him for long(and I tend to get kinda mad when the characters screw up)!!

When I read the synopsis,I had the impression that this book would be a good one, even great..But it isn't..It's completely AMAZING!!..I couldn't stop reading it!!..even when my stomach kept growling,I kept going..xoxo...

I'm reading books daily, but this one stands out without a doubt..It's truely amazing in every sense of the word!!I STRONGLY recommend it..

This book is my favorite of the series so far. Sean is AWESOME, Katie is great too but Sean is AWESOME.

I loved this one! I never thought the stuttering would be such a turn on! LOL

Thanks to my favorite book recommender, Lana, to whom I dedicated a shelf on my kindle app! ;)

Sexy, stuttering geeks - very cute and I liked Katie more than I thought I would from the previous books. Really, Ruthie Knox can do no wrong.

Reread in April 2014 after I had a dream that made me want to write a New Adult story with a stuttering hero that is really rude to the heroine because he can't not stutter around her.

I like this story but don't love it. The whole Judah subplot was predictable and not very necessary, though I really enjoy him as a character.

I loved this book so much! I love Ruthie Knox anyway--she's a must-buy author for me--but this one hit me hard in the feels. I bought the conflict, I found the characters easy to relate to, and the story was compelling. I can definitely see this being a reread.

Received review copy from NetGalley.

The book begins with Katie going on her first job with Sean. The man who has been working with her for the past few months with out talking to her. She's done everything she can to get him to talk to her, but he won't. She thinks that he hates her. But Sean has a secret he wants kept from Katie. The fact that he can't really talk to her with out stuttering... These two have a long journey to go through before they can find their HEA.

I liked the book for the most part. I thought the story was interesting. But I just didn't like either of the characters that much. I thought that Sean was pretty selfish and kind of a jerk for the most part. Then Katie just sort of got on my nerves as well. So I have to say that the book was only okay. Not really bad but not good either.

I'm llloving this series! (Okay, so I've only read the first and third books so far. But believe you me, I've got book two in my possession, and it just put itself right up near the tippy-top of my TBR pile--and summer break is almost here! Whoooo hooo!)

Ruthie Knox has a way of writing her characters that I just love. Her dialogue can be laugh-out-loud funny, but somehow even when Sean (who stutters) isn't speaking, the conversations still manage to speak volumes. There's a lot going on inside the characters' heads too, but even though some (okay, most) of their issues began--or at least have some roots in--their younger days, their internal conversations still manage to sound like...well, adults. There isn't a quick fix to anything here (and even knowing this was a romance and she HAD to give us an HEA, Ruthie Knox had me a little worried for a bit there, wondering how she could pull it off), but the resolution to their problems was totally believable.

Loved Katie, loved Sean. Even liked Judah--mostly. Can't wait to back up and read Caleb and Ellen's story, and to see what's up next from Knox. She's quickly becoming one of my insta-buy authors--I just wish her books were on audio, so I could read more, faster. ;)

I received a copy from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Sexy, fun, charming and a bit unique is what I have come to expect from Ruthie Knox and Flirting with Disaster is no exception. We have Sean: World's Manliest Geek according to his heroine, Katie. He is exactly that. I adored him and all his **minor spoiler** stuttering, confused glory. He had a bit of a rough childhood with an overachiever mom and it has left him with some unresolved feelings. Katie was also the type of girl you just adore: able to speak her mind and handle the rejection (though it does leave her a bit torn up inside), kind hearted and able to handle whatever is thrown her way. Trying to get past a failed marriage and get a step up in her career she tries to help a low grade rock star find a stalker. And that was probably the only bit of this sassy romance that dragged a bit for me. While I cared about what happened with Jonah, I also just wanted more time with Sean and Katie because together, they were delightful. I started with a smile on my face and I had a nice goofy grin numerous times watching these two stubble there way to their happily ever after. Ruthie Knox can not write fast enough for me! 4 stars
