The story was cute! I'm loving a good YA romance! And even more enjoying a good fake-dating story!
I'm absolutely here for Liz and Wes! Their "friendship" that developed and the way he treated her way too nicely was so easy to like! You knew how the story would end from the beginning, but it was too good not to follow along!
This book is for those who love childhood friends to lovers, neighbours, fake-dating, enemies to lovers, romance, YA, a rom-com with rom-com references and good banter!
My star rating reflects that I did really enjoy it, however it's not one of my new all time favourite books. There wasn't really anything wrong with it, I personally just didn't get that giddy, "I love this book" feeling.

I started this book and didn't realise the protagonists were high school age (final year), so was unsure if I would enjoy it.
This book has me laughing out loud, it had me annoyed, it had me teary. It has everything a charming rom-com needs.

4.25⭐️ an adorable rom com. Kinda wanted it to be longer but really enjoyed nonetheless. Wes is so sweet, envisioned him half Asian half white for some reason. And Libby almost like the princess from brave, loved the playlist!

it was fun and very cute!! i loved wes so much and the dynamics him and liz have work so well. but liz—it was really fun to be in her head all the time but gosh she annoyed me so much sometimes i just wanted to yell at her.
