funny lighthearted fast-paced

I think I have never read teenage romance and now I know that I'm not the intended public for this, it was cute but a little too childish for my taste

Liked this YA romance. Thought the plot and the characters were cute. I guess the only real time I could see a "fake relationship" deal actually happen is with teenagers, so I let it slide. I didn't like the main character's self-destructive mindset but I also understand that she's a teenager :)

This review may contain spoilers. It's really hard to review it without it, but I'll try to be as vague as I can.

This is such a cute YA romance. It reminds me of To All the Boys I've Loved Before.

Let's start with what I didn't like, shall we?

The FMC? lol

I mean, everything I didn't like about this book was because of what she did. Like her constant lying, pretending to be someone else, and her selfishness, hurting people around her in the process.

But hear me out; I'll now tell you what I liked.

The MMC, just kidding.

But not really. He was just so charming, you know. I love him. Despite obviously having feelings for her, he didn't do anything stupid to get in her way. He respected her feelings and really put her happiness first. He's so adorable.

Anyway, I'm glad the FMC came around, and I liked how she came clean about everything. She was frustrating, but there's growth, so I'm fine with it.
